Professional Qualifications:
Mr. Goldberg has twenty-five years of field experience in construction management. Steve has a vast range of experience supervising various types of construction projects including site development, wood frame structures, metal framing, office buildings, hospitals, clean labs, care facilities, retail spaces, public work, and research and development laboratories including a BSL-2 facility. He has extensive experience in being responsible for field supervision, scheduling, cost controls, ordering of equipment and management of the subcontractors on various projects. Steve is articulate and is very detailed oriented which is an asset to completing projects more efficiently. Mr. Goldberg communicates effectively when interfacing with people and is accustom to working with owners, architects and consultants on a daily basis. Steve is the General Superintendent providing on site supervision when necessary, and is responsible for all field operations at Contracting Concepts.
