Karyn Harcourt

Professional Qualifications:
Twenty-five years experience as an Office Manager and Executive Coordinator, and serving as Contracting Concepts, Inc. Office Manager since August of 2009. Ms. Harcourt is the front line defense to assist our sub-contractors and clients with contract administration, office management, and full charge accounting responsibilities. Her attentive and cheerful attidude is always available to assist with questions in the areas of insurance, bonding requirements, preliminary notice information, accounts payable and receivables, lien release requirements, job costing, billing spreadsheets, and marketing. Her skills are seen as a valuable asset to the CCI team.
